At Five AM, we provide professional consideration to all aspects of the design and construction process. As well as commercial projects, we specialise in new residential architecture, renovations, and everything in between.
Designing high-performance bespoke residential homes is Codi’s passion and he loves working with clients who are enthusiastic about taking on the challenge of something a little different.
Codi is a professional member of ADNZ, Superhome Movement, Passive House Institute of New Zealand, and is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP). He is currently working towards becoming a certified passive house designer.

Our home extension and renovations are amazing, thanks to Codi. We had our own ideas of what we had in mind and he took those and made it even more amazing. His ideas and expertise have given us the perfect space that we never had before. The design from Codi was so clever and thought out, the extension blends seemlessly with the original part of the house. Codi liaised with the council and sorted all the consents etc, which was so helpful. We love our new home!
