Our current deck is a few years old and we are looking to replace it so that it becomes an entertainment area as well as access to the garden. We would like to discuss this with someone who knows what they are doing and can provide solutions. I have attached photos from our current LIM with our envisioned idea. The blue is the planned structure and the yellow is the removal of current deck.
