We have 18 years experience in foundations, underpinning and repairing of all concrete and foundation faults , we will work to get all jobs completed in a timely and competent manner. We have bases in Wellington, Hamilton and Auckland and can undertake council applications where needed. AFL works effectively to meet all deadlines whilst keeping the client informed along the way. We are fully insured and are LBPs and provide records of our work upon completion of any structural work.

Aiden and his team did a great job. Really good communication to start with, fair detailed quote, and suggestions on when they could do the work and how long it's gonna take. They turned up in time as arranged, did get on with the job and cleaned up well after. We were always kept in the loop about progress. Aiden even came around after the job was finished as we weren't sure if there was a problem occurring to check up on it. Can highly recommend Access Foundations.

After our lounge floor started sagging, we called Access Foundations. From quoting us, to finishing the job, they were professional throughout. (They were the only company we called that actually crawled under the house to see the problem close up !). They installed and repaired a number of foundation piles and fixed the problem completely. The workmen were quick, hard working, and left our house clean and tidy with all mess removed. And everything was done within budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. We engaged Access Foundations based on reviews like this one, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (although we hopefully won’t need too!). We have a 1960s property which was apparently built on top of an old tree - which lead to us discovering unsupported piles and some massive holes under our home; right next the chimney which had also seen better days. Aiden came over really quickly and put our minds to rest that the house wasn’t going to collapse anytime soon, and let us know that they could also help us with removing the chimney and fireplace. Thanks to them, we have new piles, no rogue tree root holes, no chimney (with replacement weatherboard which was specifically machined - no easy task), new (perfectly matching) corrugated iron roofing where the chimney was, no fireplace, and new floorboards where the hearth was. We’ve been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, communication, cleanliness, and friendliness of the team at Access Foundations.
