We have 18 years experience in foundations, underpinning and repairing of all concrete and foundation faults , we will work to get all jobs completed in a timely and competent manner. We have bases in Wellington, Hamilton and Auckland and can undertake council applications where needed. AFL works effectively to meet all deadlines whilst keeping the client informed along the way. We are fully insured and are LBPs and provide records of our work upon completion of any structural work.

Hi, I would just like to thank Aidan and his team at Access Foundations for the outstanding work at my house. We had identified a need to re-pile the house and put some deeper foundations in after the very dry summer last year. Aidan was happy to come out inspect, crawl under the house etc and explain the process. The process was new to us and involved Design engineering, soil sampling an also Council and took a few months. Aidan helped us get in contact and engage with the right people. The digging , concrete pouring and re-piling went well and the team were respective of the house and garden...not always easy when the rain arrives. It was a genuine pleasure to work with Access Foundations, not just because they get the job done but they do care, and are easy to deal with. I highly recommend Access Foundations and Aidan. Their assessment of what was required - was spot on - the final bill was just under the quote and the work was completed in a timely manner. Great communication throughout - no surprises. I contracted the services of Aidan and the Access Foundations team to remedy subsidence issues under my house. I noticed some doors not closing properly after the summer drought. Aidan thoroughly inspected the area and suggested re-piling the problem sections. The quote came shortly after but it took a while to get the actual work underway because they are usually busy and at the mercy of weather conditions. The good news is, once the work started Aidan kept me informed every step of the way. He is clearly very experienced in flooring issues - he took out the old piles and even explained what was wrong with them. They have the right equipment to minimise disruption - there was no need to cut any flooring out to do the re-piling. He kept the job site tidy and I always felt the house was in good hands. Finally, he spent quite a bit of time putting in packers and levelling the floors to our satisfaction. I am thoroughly impressed with them and have no hesitation to recommend or use them again.
