We have 18 years experience in foundations, underpinning and repairing of all concrete and foundation faults , we will work to get all jobs completed in a timely and competent manner. We have bases in Wellington, Hamilton and Auckland and can undertake council applications where needed. AFL works effectively to meet all deadlines whilst keeping the client informed along the way. We are fully insured and are LBPs and provide records of our work upon completion of any structural work.

The reviews here are part of the reason I reached out to Aiden and the team for advice and a quote on how to deal with some complexities in my foundations of my pole house. Every good thing written is true. Clear communication, great advice, and willing to be creative to find a solution that works for the budget. I was particularly impressed with how they were able to address the water seepage through an old concrete retaining wall that had narrow and complex access behind it to put in drainage. Aiden was very good and explaining what they were doing and why at every stage, and they left everything clean and tidy. I had a saggy and split bearer which need to be fixed. I also had some uneven floor of the extention part which I thought might be the result of some foundation problem. Then Aiden came，with his professional and honest opinion. His explanation was clear and easy to understand. He provided two options for me to choose for the bearer，and asked me to just watch for the extention part rather than do the job right now. The work is finished clean and tidy now.
