We have 18 years experience in foundations, underpinning and repairing of all concrete and foundation faults , we will work to get all jobs completed in a timely and competent manner. We have bases in Wellington, Hamilton and Auckland and can undertake council applications where needed. AFL works effectively to meet all deadlines whilst keeping the client informed along the way. We are fully insured and are LBPs and provide records of our work upon completion of any structural work.

I was so impressed with Access Foundations. The job involved re-levelling the old extension on my house. Not only was the job well executed (my floors are now level!) but there was great communication throughout. From the first inspection for a quote to finding unexpected ground conditions, they kept me informed and asked before there was a change to the methodology and cost. We were shocked to see our house cracking up before our eyes. However once Aidan & Ryan arrived (within a day of our call), they were happy to answer all our questions and put our minds at rest. They explained that the house needed re-levelling and three piles to be replaced. We were expecting the quote to be moon-beams, however we were pleasantly surprised when we received the quote the next day. Communication was excellent, we were booked in, they arrived on time, completed the work within the time-frame they quoted, and there was no disruption to our living at all. Aidan, Ryan and their team were great to deal with. When quoting, they were clear on the work required, what they would do and how they would go about it. Once they started work they were great communicators so we always knew where things were at. They kept the site very tidy throughout and went the extra mile. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Aidan and team did a great job on remedial re-piling for my house in Saint Johns, communication was great, handled all the council and geotech and structural engineer inspections throughout the job, and left the site clean and tidy which was really appreciated. They took care to make sure was carefully completed given the soil issues, couldn’t be happier with choice of Access Foundations, my thanks to Aidan and the team. Aidan and his crew did a fantastic no fuss job with efficiency and good communication. They left everything clean and tidy. We sought 3 quotes for our re-piling job, discarded the the bells and whistles version then rejected the cheapest option because it was cheapest only until the job started. We hemmed and hawed about the necessary size of the job, but Aidan was very patient and walked us through all of our options without any judgment being attached to his explanations. Aidan and Ryan were very clear in what they would do and how. Were very cost-competitive. Listened to what our overall goals were for the project and what was important to us and delivered on that end goal in "spades." From the time they started the job, they remained in constant contact and would check at each point if we wanted to do something different as the needs arose rather than just charge ahead. They stuck to the timetable and gave plenty of notice about any changes to them being present on site. We felt comfortable and safe enough to give them access to the house without needing to be present and they did nothing to diminish that trust. It was also clear that their engineering skills were of the highest calibre too since they were current with code requirements and would exceed them rather than meet them. In doing the job that was asked, they also corrected some historic deficiencies, again without any eye-rolling of practices gone by, and didn't charge any extra for it. Aidan's attention to detail and pedantic focus definitely worked in our favour and he and Ryan worked well together on site. The end result was exactly what we asked for, a level house, done with a minimum of fuss and bother, exceeded our specified requirements, done on time and for a fair price with a number of extra elements added in for no extra charge. They did a tidy clean-up job too. It is actually tidier under the house than when they started. These guys are uber-professional, very personable and easy to work with throughout the project.
