We have 18 years experience in foundations, underpinning and repairing of all concrete and foundation faults , we will work to get all jobs completed in a timely and competent manner. We have bases in Wellington, Hamilton and Auckland and can undertake council applications where needed. AFL works effectively to meet all deadlines whilst keeping the client informed along the way. We are fully insured and are LBPs and provide records of our work upon completion of any structural work.

Our house required underpinning on two sides to improve its structural integrity. The team at Access Foundations did a great job! They were reliable with good communication, professional and polite. As we are in the middle of winter there was a fair amount of mud around but the guys keep things as clean and tidy as possible, and even put up with our two crazy dogs! Brilliant service under the trying circumstances of lockdown. It seems some supplies were the hardware equivalent of flour and loo paper but all was sorted efficiently. We have a reasonably difficult site to access and everything was brought down by hand - amazing athleticism! Absolutely recommended all round.
