The brief was to create a functional family home with a few standout features to make it stand out from the rest of the new builds in the area. Adapting a previous concept and taking it through the building consent & tender stage. Building to start early 2021. Look forward to seeing the progress on this one. Clients have been great to deal with & encouraged some creative input.

I can't really rate the work as there was misunderstanding on both sides of requirements from my side and process/outputs from their side. I wanted plans that a builder could quote against, but the building firm I contacted couldn't quote off the plans due to insufficient detail. After 3 years of trying to get these renos completed, I give up. So neither a positive or negative reflection on Allure. Just know what it is you need and make sure it is what you are getting.
