Submit house extension plans to council & being available until build complete

We have plans recently drawn up by an architect, who's unfortunately unable to complete the process due to a change of job. It is a 1 bedroom and bathroom extension. The plans just need to be checked for your approval before replacing the name on the plans with your own before submitting to the council to obtain building consent. All the plans will be provided from our original architect who is happy to work through the transition process with you. Once approved then you'd need to be available for council / building queries until complete. Ideally we'd like to work with a qualified, caring individual rather than a large business. Thanks
