Minor dwelling and Lean to Garage
Job description
The minor dwelling is 65 m2 I have all the layouts, and site plan done in Auto Cad I just need someone to do the details. Wooden foundation, Weatherboard with a iron roof. It's 2 meters away so no fireproofing. Also, a separate 7.2x 4.2 m Lean to garage with laundry. Attached to our house which will involve moving some windows add in a new large bifold/stacker door on a braced wall. Shouldn't need engineering just kept to 3604.
