About

Plan Design Build Homes Ltd is led by Mike Jensen, a degree-qualified engineer and qualified carpenter with over 30 years of experience delivering residential building and renovation projects throughout Auckland.

Mike's background combines technical engineering knowledge with practical construction experience, providing clients with a unique perspective from concept design through to construction. This allows potential issues to be identified early, helping clients make informed decisions around design, compliance, buildability, and budget.

PDB Homes specialises in renovations, extensions, recladding projects, minor dwellings, remedial work, and new residential construction. We work closely with homeowners to develop practical solutions that achieve their objectives while maintaining a strong focus on quality and value.

Our approach is based on clear communication, transparent advice, and careful project management. We understand that building and renovating can be a significant investment, and we aim to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
