I am a qualified architect and have worked mainly on residential projects throughout New Zealand and therefore have experience with adapting to different Councils.
Before I was an architect I worked for a number of years as a carpenter/builder which has given me a good understanding of the industry from both sides of the drawing board.
I offer all architectural services from design, 3D modeling and visualisation, documentation (drawing etc) for Council and Building Consents / Resource Consent, Council and trade liaison and general consultation for a project.
Or if you would like to simply sit and discuss the feasibility of your proposed project then I can do that also.
