About

---

AAD was established in 2010 with a clear mission: to help clients succeed in their development and building projects. Architecture is the tool we use to achieve that success — not the other way around.

We provide comprehensive architectural services across both commercial and residential projects, including full support through the resource consent and building consent process. Our specialist strength lies in project feasibility studies, ensuring every project is financially viable, strategically planned, and aligned with our clients’ long-term goals.

As a licensed Homestar designer, we combine design-led creativity with deep expertise in the science and technology of building, delivering solutions that are sustainable, practical, compliant, and beautifully crafted.

Our Clients trust the AAD team to provide honest advice, genuine care, and the best value. We listen closely to your ideas and enhance them with our experience, knowledge of modern materials, home technologies, and innovative design thinking.

Above all, we believe in affordable luxury — achieving exceptional design outcomes while maintaining tight control of your budget to deliver the best possible result.
