Hi, my name is Shane and I am a qualified Architectural Draughtsman servicing Auckland's North Shore and surrounding areas.

I Specialise in As-Built Drawings and Small Residential Building Consents, and am a Preferred Choice by Architects, Engineers, Builders and other Specialists, to produce High Quality Drawings. I pride myself in my professionalism, and my attention to detail ensures that my work is thorough.

Typical Projects that I Complete for Residential Building Consents are; Bathroom/Ensuite Additions, adding or changing Windows & Doors, Loadbearing Wall Removals and other Internal Re-configurations, New Decks, Minor Dwellings, Sleepouts and Garages. I can handle every part of the process, including interaction with engineers and other external specialists when required, and all communication with council, which takes the stress off you.

I will firstly do some research into your property, discuss what you are planning on doing, and then I can provide you with a Competitive Quote. The next step is for me to Measure Up your house and draw the "As Built". Once this is completed, I will then work with you to come up with the best Concept that works for your needs. Once you are happy with the Concept, I will complete the Building Consent Drawings and take care of all other required Documentation. At this point the Building Consent can then be lodged and I will continue to deal with council until your Building Consent is approved.
