Job description

Draughting Services
Auckland

It’s time to bring our ensuite out of the 90s! We’ve done some exploratory demo work, and have all the fixtures and fittings that we want to install into the refreshed space (but don’t yet have the new down lights, extractor fan or glass panels for the shower area). We also have a project team ready to get underway in a month or two. Before we go any further, we need help with drafting the plans and submitting them to Council for a building consent. The plan is to install tiles on the floor, and have a 1000mm x 1000mm tiled shower space (with a tile upstand) in the location where the previous shower box used to be. We’ll have a 900mm wide floating vanity where the old vanity used to be, and also a new towel rail and toilet where those items were before. Ceiling lighting will be three down lights spaced around the room (but not above the shower area), and we’ll have a new extractor fan located directly above the shower area. I’ve included photos showing the original condition and the current situation. Keen to get this underway fairly soon and aim to lodge for consent by the end of April if possible, but we are happy to wait a bit longer for the right person if that timeframe is too tight. If you’d like to come and take a look please let me know. Thanks, Chris
