Mohit was excellent the whole way through. He communicated regularly and clearly, and let me know about extra costs for engineering etc. The final plans he provided were accepted by the council quickly and without questions. Will use Mohit again.

Mohit was so helpful in getting our building consent application prepared, lodged and approved. Throughout the entire process he was quick to respond and made the whole process as seamless as possible. We were very impressed by his quick turnaround in getting the plans drafted and responding to council RFIs. He got the job done as quickly as possible and at a very fair price. Thank you so much!
