Plans required for Kitchen/Bathroom reno
Job description
We want to renovate our kitchen and bathroom area and require some plans drawn up to submit to the Council. * The renovation includes the removal of two walls that we suspect are loadbearing or at least are contributing to the loading of the ceiling rafters. * In the bathroom, we want to relocate the vanity to where the bath is, and remove the bath. I can't see this being a modification to the existing plans on file. * we'll have to relocate the power board and run extra outlets and lights to the new areas. * outside walls aren't changing. Our timeline is flexible right now as we're just starting the process, and want to get consent sewn up before looking for builders.

Mohit was excellent the whole way through. He communicated regularly and clearly, and let me know about extra costs for engineering etc. The final plans he provided were accepted by the council quickly and without questions. Will use Mohit again.
