Internal gutter sleeve replacement

We need approx 34 metres of internal guttering replaced as soon as possible. Have attached a pic of the type of guttering the house has. Some of it has been done but the whole lot was meant to have been done. House has been sold and need a quote and confirmation that it will be done as soon as we can. Just ignore the writing on the pic, the soffits have been done.

My mum has sold her house and had to have a couple of things done. She needs a hole in the gully trap fixed and a couple of damaged soffits replaced. We had someone lined up to do it but have now told us they can’t. Their job was supposed to have been done by Nov 15th. New iron roof 2

New iron roof required. The floor area of the house is around 140sqm. We believe the roof may need restructuring due to moisture getting into the 4 x 2 wooden supports. Would like a price to include with and without restructuring. Also would like cost of underlay etc. Would like a reasonable quality but we are on a budget and the roof is overdue for replacement. Leaking Roof

Hi, we have a leak in the roof of our rental property which is next door to where we live. Its a single storey Fraemohs cottage and the leak is on the low pitched part of the roof over the kitchen. Its leaking in heavy rail through a knot in the wooden ceiling. We had someone look at it a year ago and they checked all the nails and sealed some but said if it did not work it may then need screwing down instead of nails. Can't remember who we used so can't go back to him...a james i think! No...

Chimney leaking water

we have had the fireplace removed from the property, part of the flue was left and the chimney capped on the roof - problem is now there is water dripping from the remaining flue in lounge thinking coming from round chimney on roof we hoping squirt of silicone around chimney on roof will fix?
