Prepare and paint corrugated iron roof

100 sqm cottage, check roof, replace any missing nails etc. If possible replace rotten fascia boards then paint roof. Roof has never been painted since built in 1992. We would also like to get the house painted, so could do both at the same time depending on cost etc. House is a hardy plank type material. It is not as overgrown as it was in the photos.

Small Linkway Roof

We are joining 2 dwellings with a small hallway / linkway and require a roofer asap to complete. I will remove existing roofing and install trusses, purlins etc closer to roof install day. Dwelling 1 - 45° pitch? Dwelling 2 - 10° Roof Pitch Owner wants to reuse existing roofing iron and simply cut down to allow for hip , Valley etc on both sides of linkway.
