There is some guttering that runs into an internal roof space and then down the spouting. However the guttering inside the roof space is leaking, this has caused some roofing to become rotten. You will need to remove some flashing to get into the internal cavity. The rotten wood is a very small area (less than .5 square metres). I'll need a roofer/plumber to fix the guttering/down pipe and prevent the leak from happening again. I'll also need the rotten wood replaced.

Urgent roof repair required- need repaired by Monday 4th April. PLEASE HELP!

Our roof is leaking and we need it repaired urgently. Nails need to be replaced - have had someone do part of the work but they have not been able to come back to finish. Needs to be done by 12 noon Monday 4th April at the latest.

Urgent roof repair in Kaiapoi

We have a leak in our tin roof which we need fixed. It's only just started happening with the recent rain in the last couple of days. We also have a leak that happens periodically (depending on the direction the raining is falling) that means that our chimney flue has water that runs down the outside of it. We would also like this looked at too. Photo is of our house and shows you what it looks like.

Build a clearlite roof over back entry area

We have an alcove outside our garage personnel door and want to cover this area with a simple roof, with clearlite roofing, to make an area for drying clothes etc in all weather. the area is about 4m x 4m and has the house on one side, plus house on about 2m of x2 other sides. The low side of the roof i wanted to attach to the top of a 6ft existing fence. Re roof

Roof is under the 7 degree angle we are getting water run back and have leaking issues, we have been reccommended to use a different type of roof tin designed for lower angles. We are in north canterbury and need work done asap.

New Roof

I have a corrugated aluminium roof which now leaks badly every time it rains. What I would like, and if it is possible, is to have Butynol put on the roof approx. 1.1m down from ridging over the 13.5m length of house. I don't know if this is practicable, or even possible, but would like to hear from a suitable tradesperson about this.

Leaky roof

We have 15-20 leaky drips in our roof, most of them are right down the middle of the house. My best guess is that there is an issue with the centre capping, I have previously repaired a couple with silicon but seem to have missed quite a few somehow. Please help, we have a leak running down our bedroom wall and two new holes in our lounge ceiling, I put at least a dozen plastic containers up there last night but that's just an ill fitting bandaid

Install roof cowl flashing tray

Roof cowl was installed without flashing. Would like to get a price from a roofer who has experience installing flashings that will tuck in under the ridge capping and extend below the roof cowl. Roof cowl is already installed but is leaking. Urgently need this work completed, I have the new flashing and just require it to be installed. Thanks.
