There is some guttering that runs into an internal roof space and then down the spouting. However the guttering inside the roof space is leaking, this has caused some roofing to become rotten. You will need to remove some flashing to get into the internal cavity. The rotten wood is a very small area (less than .5 square metres). I'll need a roofer/plumber to fix the guttering/down pipe and prevent the leak from happening again. I'll also need the rotten wood replaced.

Richard came around on short notice and quickly identified the problem. The job only ended up taking 5 minutes and although Richard had taken the time to drive over and identify the issue, he did not charge me anything. Thank you for your help Richard it was much appreciated.
