Build a clearlite roof over back entry area

We have an alcove outside our garage personnel door and want to cover this area with a simple roof, with clearlite roofing, to make an area for drying clothes etc in all weather. the area is about 4m x 4m and has the house on one side, plus house on about 2m of x2 other sides. The low side of the roof i wanted to attach to the top of a 6ft existing fence. This is only a 'back porch/kiwi shed' type thing, not a glamorous ourdoor area or anything but still needs to be done properly and will survive our high winds! is anyone keen for a cash job over christmas. The house is 8 years old and is clad in brick with a coloursteel corrugated iron roof. Not sure if the roof will fit on top of the house roof or tuck in under the eaves/soffit.
