Small Linkway Roof

We are joining 2 dwellings with a small hallway / linkway and require a roofer asap to complete. I will remove existing roofing and install trusses, purlins etc closer to roof install day. Dwelling 1 - 45° pitch? Dwelling 2 - 10° Roof Pitch Owner wants to reuse existing roofing iron and simply cut down to allow for hip , Valley etc on both sides of linkway. Iron will be replaced on dwelling 1 however where Chimney will be removed. Address is in Eyrewell, 15mins from Kaiapoi.
