Hole in roof from fallen chimney in Rangiora

In the recent high winds it has blown over a chimney from a boarded up fire place. We've lodged a claim with AMI who have asked to get a quote and any work done tonstop further damage. I currently have a tarp covering the hole. It's on decorative tile which we had recoated a couple of years ago. Thanks

I had a AA check house inspector come threw a house we are currently buying. It's roof has rust that needs to be fixed before we move in. He said it will start leaking eventually if we don't fix it now. I have the builders report if you need more specific. I really need it done between the 16th and 20th of October if possible. Check over and general maintenance tin roof

Looking for someone that is comfortable to setup a harness and check off our roof and carry out any general maintenance required ie. checking chimney flashings and repairing any loose nails etc. The roof is 8m heigh and has a flat section at the top that is a membrane. So someone who can also check the condition of the membrane. We have just purchased the house.

Clean gutters and roof

We need the gutters cleaned out and the lichen cleaned off the roof. There isn’t too much lichen, but needs to be spotless. Skylight windows need to be cleaned also. Roof is 35° angle, not too steep.
