Looking for someone that is comfortable to setup a harness and check off our roof and carry out any general maintenance required ie. checking chimney flashings and repairing any loose nails etc. The roof is 8m heigh and has a flat section at the top that is a membrane. So someone who can also check the condition of the membrane. We have just purchased the house.
