I had a AA check house inspector come threw a house we are currently buying. It's roof has rust that needs to be fixed before we move in. He said it will start leaking eventually if we don't fix it now. I have the builders report if you need more specific. I really need it done between the 16th and 20th of October if possible. Thank you
