New iron roof required. The floor area of the house is around 140sqm. We believe the roof may need restructuring due to moisture getting into the 4 x 2 wooden supports. Would like a price to include with and without restructuring. Also would like cost of underlay etc. Would like a reasonable quality but we are on a budget and the roof is overdue for replacement. Would like installation in January 2019, can pay deposit

"A bit disappointing we scored a 3 in communications but agreed there was a slight communications breakdown between us & the home owner. Although, in our defense it was 4 months from quoting to installing & I was still on holiday when the job was ordered. Callum was great to work for & very understanding of how this breakdown occurred. We ended up supplying & installing the gutter at cost."
