My mum has sold her house and had to have a couple of things done. She needs a hole in the gully trap fixed and a couple of damaged soffits replaced. We had someone lined up to do it but have now told us they can’t. Their job was supposed to have been done by Nov 15th. I was wondering if it was possible to have someone have a look and quote this for us and if there is any possible chance it can be done. There is one more pic I couldn’t attach. The lawyer said the gully trap is the most urgent thing to get done
