Locate leak and repair - tin roof

New & Replacement Metal Roof

Weatherboard house with tin roof. During heavy rain heard water gushing down internal wall in house (between bathroom and bedroom). Water pouring out of an electrical PowerPoint and pouring down wall join. Carpet in area very wet. This leads me to believe there is a hole in the roof. The leak will need to be located and fixed. In the meantime we will not be using PowerPoint. Thanks.

Guttering leaking and needs sealing

Our approximately 250 square meter property guttering is leaking at all the corners (possibly other joins?). House is 9 years old. We have tried to re-silicone but can’t get in to the guttering at an angle where it’s effective and it’s still leaking. We need someone who knows what they are doing! Would like a quote please! Repair leak in roof

We have a leak in our roof above our living room. Looking at the roof it appears that the previous owners have used silicone to fill holes. We would like the affected portion of the roof repaired or replaced if required. Roofing material is corrugated iron. Single story house with a relatively flat roof angle.

Coloursteel Roof flashing repair

As you can see from the pictures, something has hit the flashing fold causing it to dent/crack. Moisture is coming in under the flashing and coming into the house in heavy rain. We have done various tests over the roof and have isolated the issue to this one particular area. We would like a roofer to come and inspect so we can re-enact the leak to them.

I live in Sefton North Canterbury and have a 2 storied house with a leaking roof. The roof is galvanized iron and has rust starting to lift the paint. Some areas are good and some look good but are leaking onto the ceiling. I do a lot of repairs myself but this has got beyond my ability and patience as some holes I cannot find.

Guttering spouting for garage/sleepout

Garage asap... 2 door (1 large door1 single door) plus /sleepout needs guttering and two downpipes towards meeting compliance it is around a 100 square metres and is a rectangle. The coloursteel roof is iron sand. The original plans say Marley but it doesn't have to be depending on what the costs the difference etc works out at we would consider coloursteel...wanting a couple of quotes

Hi We need a contractor to come out and replace the missing lead head nails in our roof, over the years, we have found lead head nails on our driveway, showing that they are falling out. So we would like to get someone to go up onto the roof and replace them.

Install plastic instead of tin

We are wanting to turn our loft into a 'greenhouse' over Winter so I can try growing tomato seedlings. To do this we need some tin on our roof replaced with plastic stuff so that sunlight can get in.
