We have had a drip in the kitchen of our rental cottage for a while now. Have had it looked at several times, had builders try sealant, re-seating nails, swapping nails for screws, but to no avail. So its time to get some sheets of tin lifted to see whats going on. Its a Fraehmohs home with no ceiling cavity and the leak is on a single storey, low pitched part of the roof. The water comes through a knot in the wood panel ceiling. Last builder too busy to attend but recommends the tin sheets come of that part of the roof and leak tracked and paper replaced. If the tins coming off, we would like a couple of sheets of clear panes in the carport replaced too (on same roof pitch) as they are very dirty and old. Ideally done before Easter/before weather changes. This rental cottage is next to our main residence.

Found the leak, fixed the leak, when scheduled, and at a good price. Thanks.
