New iron roof required. The floor area of the house is around 140sqm. We believe the roof may need restructuring due to moisture getting into the 4 x 2 wooden supports. Would like a price to include with and without restructuring. Also would like cost of underlay etc. Would like a reasonable quality but we are on a budget and the roof is overdue for replacement
