Small roof (3.15m x 2m) has started leaking into the bedroom below. There is minimal clearance between the roof and the deck above so the decking will need to be removed to access. We would like to replace the deck so it’s probably a good time to get it done, it’s 6.85m x 3.45m.

We are in lyttelton, and have discovered a dripping sound above our dining room table. We cannot see anything on the ceiling but I went into the roof cavity and can see some water ingress Could we please have someone do an inspection, and give us some advice, we want to try and remedy this and take a look at the full roof. We emailed a company and they said a month wait!! Thanks a million.
