Kleiber - re-roof

Remove and replace decramastic tile roof over original tin (decramastic roof tested negative for asbestos) on 2 story, 1910 villa - 24 Cressy Terrace, Lyttelton. Insulate ceiling, replace some badly worn fascia boards, replace all gutters and downspouts. Replace with corrugated steel. Need it completed by or before end of January, 2023 if possible. Sidewalk access all around house for scaffold set-up, though it is on a hill. Good photos available but this site won't accept a pdf. I am happy to respond to direct enquires.
