Roof inspection and service +/- clean and a small leak repair if needed
Job description
Hi, We moved into this single storey property recently near Little River, which has unpainted metal tile roof and plastic gutters/spouting, all of which as not been looked after in a long while, and we would like someone to inspect/service and clean it all, please. There are also 2 areas of moisture damage/staining on the bedroom ceilings, which we were told were historic roof leaks and had been repaired - however when we repainted the ceilings, after a few weeks (and some record-breaking rain-fall in July) the moisture damage reappeared through the paint - it is possible there is still a slow leak somewhere that may need attention.
