Guttering, eave and flashing fixes

Our main issue is bubbling on one section of interior wall that appears to be coming from a corresponding roof, gutter, or other flashing issue. Hard to get a good look at the area. Once the water is stopped from getting inside and it is all dry, we would also like help getting the storm water going where it is supposed to, replacing any rotten wood and rusted metal.
