In recent winds corner section of roof started flapping. Looks to be just corner section. Problem being the house built in 2000 is on side of hill. Would prefer not to go to expense of scaffolding as three stories from ground. Wondering if using a harness to do the job . Able to attach gear to strong railing to attach rope to. Need to see as hard for me to take suitable photo
