Fresh coat of paint required throughout a 3 bdrm house on walls, scotias, ceilings and window sills. Painting required in 3 bdrms, separate toilet, laundry, hallway, kitchen and living room. This is a sod of a job. We have approx 10 metres of the area just below the guttering left to paint. The catch is it's the second storey! My husband fell off a ladder doing it and broke his elbow and I absolutely refuse to have him up there again. We have the paint, but need some intrepid soul with the right equipment to get up there and finish the job. C'mon, you know you want to.... :)

It's a fairly straight-forward job... due to previous owners doing things on the cheap there is some water damage from the shower. 2 walls need to be replaced with Jib Aqualine, one of the walls after being sealed and painted needs to be re-tiled. And I believe there is another part of the bath/shower that needs to be fixed up which is also letting water in. Also, the small laundry which is attached to the bathroom, also has some surface water damage (mould etc) and this needs to be de-moulded,...

Looking for a rough estimate for a 3brm house. Currently mix of wall paper and paint. Job would involve removing old wallpaper, preparing walls and painting full interior of the house (all the same colour). 3 brm, 1 lounge, 1 dining, 1 kichen, 1 bath, 1 toilet, 1 laundry. this is for a house we are looking at buying - I want to know the rough cost so I can see if it will be worth the purchase price.
