Paint exterior of 1.5 sized skyline garage

Our 1.5 skyline garage has had some cladding redone on 2 sides. Now it needs exterior painting on all of garage including the roof. The new cladding is already primed but older cladding may need some extra preparation.

Hello, my iron roof is now due for repaint, I believe the existing coat is still good to be painted over as very minimal flaking however I am no expert. House needs repaint (inclusive white part of window frames and eves). Minor paint cracking on window frames will also need sorting. wall painting mostly new gib aprox 55m of walls 2.6 high 16 different wall faces make up the 55m low sheen ,also tile grid ceiling aprox 7m by 6m painted 2 coats ceiling white.Some after hours work maybe required how ever maybe able to work within normal hours! 4 doors and trim to repaint in aqua enamel 60mm skirting to 55m colour to be confirmed however wall skirting doors in same colour , extisting floor and things will need to be covered trades man need only reply

Harrowfield, Hamilton ... We have just bought a new (but dated) house which needs an internal repaint .. now vacant and ready to paint in approx 1 week to 10 days. It is approx 170sqm including 3 double brms, 2 bthms, study, living, dining/kitchen. Ideally wanting it done before we move all out stuff in on 30th Nov and also with enough time in between to get carpets replaced too :) .. yes, maybe a big ask! Will also need a sparky to replace all plug socket covers and prob light fitting...

Sand, seal, spray paint interior doors

Have approx 16 doors in three size from the 1980's. have dark stain finish. Require Semigloss white finish. I assume will require lite sanding, sealing so the stain does not show, and then an undercoat and a couple of top coats. Can deliver to your premises and pick up if required.

The grouting around the majority of the windows needs replacing as it is falling out, and possibly letting water in. The window surrounds and sills will need to be painted after that, and the roof needs to be cleaned and painted. It is a standard sized state house e.g three bedrooms.
