Repaint Interior of house and Replace light fittings and switches

Harrowfield, Hamilton ... We have just bought a new (but dated) house which needs an internal repaint .. now vacant and ready to paint in approx 1 week to 10 days. It is approx 170sqm including 3 double brms, 2 bthms, study, living, dining/kitchen. Ideally wanting it done before we move all out stuff in on 30th Nov and also with enough time in between to get carpets replaced too :) .. yes, maybe a big ask! Will also need a sparky to replace all plug socket covers and prob light fittings too as its all a bit dated! Cheers, Nick.
