Mould Removal, Sanding, Painting & Sealing

We have two bathrooms which need to be repainted with the correct paint for exposure to constant moisture. One bathroom we use and the floor has water damage and the laminate needs replacing. It also needs painting. This bathroom is the last 3 pictures. One bathroom is not really used and has mass amounts of mould and desperately needs repainting after the mould is removed.
