Approx 120 sq m (high stud) 1920's bungalow requiring exterior painting of weatherboards and window frames. Last full paint job was approx 2004. Needs some sanding back but we do not require weatherboard stripping. Some window frames however probably need stripping back for good finish. Front and left side of house needs fully painting Back of house had 2 coats of paint to most of it at the end of 2009 but needs finishing. Right side of house needs repainting above carport (will be painting inside carport at a later date once some guttering has been sorted).
