Mark was absolutely excellent on this job - we could not have asked for anyone better to help us out. We had a few hiccups with the paper we selected (without Marks input) when he noticed that something was wrong he was 100% honest with us and took his own time to set things right. The finish is excellent and we couldnt be happier. Make sure you have some decent Tea Bags in the house - Mark is English so needs his Tea! (we forgave him for that though)
