Paint interior standard 3brm home

Looking for a rough estimate for a 3brm house. Currently mix of wall paper and paint. Job would involve removing old wallpaper, preparing walls and painting full interior of the house (all the same colour). 3 brm, 1 lounge, 1 dining, 1 kichen, 1 bath, 1 toilet, 1 laundry. this is for a house we are looking at buying - I want to know the rough cost so I can see if it will be worth the purchase price. The house also needs new carpet throughout (maybe 60-70 sqm)
