Paint exterior of house

91sqm house, circa 1960's. weatherboard cladding. some deterioration on northern side of house, other 3 sides in good shape. require whole of house to be painted including preparation and supply of paint. windows, doors, suffits, spounting to be included. a good job may lead to further work on our rentals. Many thanks, time/date to paint is flexible, but anytime before April 2011.
