Would like experienced, competent mechanic or company to supply and fit new re-conditioned engine or low k engine under warranty. Would require courtesy vehicle while work is being carried out as this is my work vehicle.

Remedial work to bungalow exterior

Our 1930ish bungalow has just had fake brick cladding removed to uncover the original rimu weatherboards. Overall they are in good condition but some window sills etc need repairing. We need someone who has had experience working on this style of house and someone that is resourceful as the sills are not standard stocked items these days. We also need a quote to do a new bathroom but this will be 'phase 2'!

Exterior painting

I need someone to finish the painting the exterior of my 4 bedroom plaster house. Remaining are 2 walls which are high and would require either a tall ladder or a scaffold, a chimney and 8 minor areas which can only be reached from the roof. Paint provided.

Repair three villa/sash windows

We have 3 villa windows that need repair. The cord/ropes have broken and should be replaced with durable cord. Each window is single hung. I.e the bottom window frame is supposed to go up ad down and the top frame is fixed. The dimensions (including top and bottom frames) are: 830mm wide x 1750mm high 1000mm wide x 1770 mm high 1000mm wide x 1770 mm high Please see attached pictures of windows. Move fridge (quick job!)

I bought a fridge and unfortunately am unable to move it from the boot of my car (it's very heavy) and get it up the 3 stairs and into my kitchen. For $20 would someone be keen to come round and move it for me? I live in Hauraki Corner. You will need to be very strong or have a trolley. Fix Kitchen Cabinet Hinge

The door of the corner cabinet has fallen off and the hinge has been refixed too many times and cannot be attached as the hole in the cabinet is too big. Would probably require the hinge to be moved to another spot.

Old wall oven dimensions hxwxd --- New Wall oven dimensions " --- Space for old oven was bigger. Need to make a surround or something which will accomodate the smaller oven. New oven needs to be connected as well. I definitely need an electrician and not sure if there is one out there that is good at joinery too? Because of rain, the guttering fell off and I tried to fix it and now its leaking. Needs a quoat. Called my insurance company and they are asking me to get a quote and also a report of how exactly the damage was done. I live on East coast road in Browns Bay.
