Carpet Fixing

We have removed a kent fire and have bare floorboard where the fire was, we need carpet placing in this area. We have the underlay and carpet. Also, have a small piece of carpet that has recently been damaged with water, need this cutting out and replacing with carpet, again we have the carpet. Also, various parts of the carpet need re-stretching.

Cut a peice out of a concrete wall

I need a piece cut out of a concrete block wall. The wall is very accessible at the back of a car-port. The piece to cut out would be around2.5m x 20-30cm. I need to have this peice cut out to relieve pressure on a adjacent concrete wall.

Replace flashings on roof

Existing flashings on entire roof (FLAT ROOF house) need replacement as they are very weathered. Rest of roof ok. House is a 1950's bungalow. Total length is about 45m worth of flashing. Floor area of house is about 100m2 and the pitch of the flat roof is minimal.

About half of the exterior is a single story (thanks to a large deck) but you will need to find a way to access the other half as they are 2-3 stories high. Latches to replace and potential roof leak in TV lounge

I have about window latches (metal) with alluminium frame windows which need to be replaced - starting to rust and is becoming quite loose from wear and tear. Will appreciate if someone can get back to me with a quote. I also noted that there may be a potential isolated leak inside the ceiling in my TV lounge and will appreciate it if someone can let me know what it will cost to repair (if it is indeed a leak). Replace Laundry Gib board Ceiling

We need a section of GIB cut out from the laundry ceiling where there was a leak water damage. It needs to be replaced with new GIB. The area to be replaced is approx 2.3 x 1.7 metres. Also some cracks in the living room need to be plastered and sanded. I'm planing to paint the whole ceiling myself after the job is done. Preferable on weekends.

Prep and paint interior doors

Wall mounting TV and In-wall cable run
