Outdoor entertainment area

I need 2 things done in my outdoor entertainment area as follows. 1. A timber post - we have got 5 timber posts built for our shade sails and now we would like to have more sails and require another timber post. We need to get the same type of timber (120mm square machine gaged, 2500mm high from the ground level). Repair Window

I need to repair one of the windows of my heritage home cottage that was built more than a hundred years ago. Do I have to replace the entire window? Or is it possible to just replace one of the four glass panels? These are the dimensions of the window: * Window Frame: 86x60.5cm * Frame Thickness: 1.25" * Glass Panel: 34.5x24.5cm Please also see the attached pictures for details of the damage.

Install Range Hood

Install a new 600mm range hood in kitchen, duct to side of house. I already have the hood and a louver vent, just need the holes cut, hood mounted and ducted to the wall vent (about 1200mm away). There is an outlet in the roof for power.

Drain Laying

Our yard is a bit of a swimming pool, it needs some serious drainage put in to redivert water off the property and away from the basement of the house - this will possibly need to be done over several visits. The first one I need is a trench/drain along the front side of the house redirecting water around the house as opposed to draining directly under neath. The second is a drain redirection across the middle of the property off to one side The third is along the bottom of the property

Timber fence

FENCING 1) - Timber pailing Size is approx 6m long x 1.8m high We also need a gate or hinged door in the fence, as it is the only access to the rear of the property. Depending on how the fence is built the gate may have to be big enough to let a small digger through (ok so we have a retaining wall that will also need fixing at some stage :) )

We need to have a 1.8m timber fence built around the entire perimeter of our property, including a gated entry for cars, and a walkway gate with a letterbox slot. The Car Entry point will ideally slide back into the fence as opposed to opening up on an angle.

Relay concrete

A section of my driveway has sunk because the driveway was not compacted correctly when the house was built. A couple of sections will have to be cut out and re-laid. I have another small section that has cracked that will have to be cut out and re-laid. Estimate to be around 12-15 sq metres.

Wooden door keeps getting stuck
