Water damaged subfloor repair needed

We’ve had a plumbing leak which caused water damage to the subfloor area. Several timber joists and panel sections underneath the house show signs of water staining, softness, and possible deterioration. I need someone to inspect the damage, advise whether sections of flooring/subfloor need to be removed and replaced, and provide a quote for the work. Access is easy, this is a basement area with sufficient headroom. Looking for someone experienced in floorboard or structural timber repairs...

Reattach shower fitting

I have a standard shower box (15 ish years old) and a screw rusted and broke in half causing the part that holds the shower head to fall down. The plumbing still works fine. Bathroom leaking into downstairs kitchen

A previous contractor who was recommended to me came in to do a patch job and has made it worse and has not returned to finish, hoping to also get help making the patch look better but as the leak has continued through the patching wondering if something more sinister has not been addressed.
