Fix gate and kitchen drawer tracks

We have a few things that need fixing. The gate is off its hinges on the bottom and the rubbish bin in the kitchen isn't sliding properly on its tracks. Both needs fixing please. Also have a toilet seat that seems broken and not sure if can be fixed or needs replacing.
