Under floor leak

There is a small area where heavy rain causes water to get in under the outside wall and thoroughly wet a small section of carpet at the bottom of some inside stairs. I'd like someone to figure out how the rain gets through there and nowhere else, and fix it please.

Mount panels in garage to hold bicycles

Saturday or Sundays only ! Ive got some plastic panels which need to be screwed to the stud behind through gib board. It needs a tool to detect where the stud is through the gib. I have all screws and mounting clips .Also need to use an electric screwdriver. The panels are purpose made storage systems for bicycles and other garage items. The main thing is to not make unnecessary holes or damage paint nearby as the walls have just been painted

Faulty lock - fix and replace

When door shuts it locks...and door can only be opened by jigging the internal lock mechanism.....needs to be de-activated and replaced with a simple lock on the door. Note its for a rental property.

Small wall repairs: I have a small wall topped with concrete pavers - 390 x 190 x 40. 3 are broken - 1 of which had an iron bracket bolted just under it for a short wodden fence. 1 other is loose but usable. Fence above it just needs nailing together again. I need 2 replacement pavers sourced and the wall top looking tidy again. I have three simple jobs around the house that I can't do: -Wall bracket for TV put up on wall and TV put inside it. (if you can sort out freeview too that would be great) -A tile in the bathroom has become 'unstuck'. -I have a few small screw holes(3) in the wall and wiring holes (5) in the ceiling that need touching up.

Liner for water tank

Our concrete water tank is about sixteen years old and leaking. It has a liner that was installed about three years ago. Currently we are losing water and keep buying water. it may be because the liner is broken. I need someone to build 4 drawers and fit them into the existing cabinet, about 400mm wide (exact dimensions TBC) I have a piece of MDF that will be used for the drawer fronts, and I have handles. You will need to source: - side, rear and bottom panels - runners (cheap ones, not soft-close) - mounting hardware The drawers can be installed on site anytime OR the kitchen unit can be removed to another location to perform the work
